to formally launch LohanaMatchmaker |
|

The
LCUK Matrimonial sub-committee had released a website at www.LohanaMatchmaker.com
some 4 months ago for pilot use and testing purposes. Feedback
has been very positive and we actually have some members using
the website. An automated matching and introduction service
is offered to all eligible Lohanas in the UK. |

|
|
|
|
The
website has been improved based on feedback received and some
further extensive testing is being undertaken. It is planned
to launch the full website and services in February 2006 -
possibly Valentine's Day 14th February - how appropriate.
Watch out on the LCUK and LohanaMatchmaker websites for more

Fardeen
Khan Marries Natasha Madhvani |
|
|
Fardeen
Khan, son of macho man Feroz Khan and estranged wife Sundari,
got married in a civil ceremony with his childhood sweetheart
Natasha Madhwani (daughter of Lohana industrialist Mayur Madhwani
and former film star Mumtaz) The couple decided not to have
a religious wedding but to affirm their vows in the simplest
of ceremonies.
The elegant sophistication of the wedding held the city of
Mumbai spellbound. The Grand Hyatt Hotel Ballroom, where the
wedding took place on 15th December 2005 with an equally
glittering reception attended by every Bollywood star and
celebrity to follow soon after looked resplendent with
flowers, swathes of lame and silk and flickering lights.
The ceremony, a registered marriage conducted according the
civil laws of India, was followed by heart-warming speeches
by the bridegroom, bride and their respective fathers. Bollywood
celebrities turned up in huge droves to wish the bridal couple
the very best for their new life together.
